NEVER BOOK A CAR HERE!We had a written confirmation to pick up car on Saturday. At the agreed time nobody was at the office, nobody picked up the phone (tried mobile and landline ) and nobody responded to WhatsApp messages. Contact was never established. They just left us after confirmation of our reservation in the system. We had to look for alternative transportation on the spot, the thing we where trying to avoid....If you don’t want the business that’s fine, but the lack of respect for not cancelling ahead is just nasty, if something comes up and you can’t make your agreement due to emergency or whatever, at least pick up the phone.I claimed the price of 1 day car rent as compensation for lost time, efforts, energy, annoyance, lack of respect etc., (as a car rental does when you don’t show up), so far no response.....

Llamo y el número de telefono no existe, por favor si prestan un servicio actualicen sus datos.

pésimo no ay enchufes en ningún lado ni el los compañías de transporte no dejan usar los cargadores ni por motivos de emergencia

Buen servicio

Fui desde Santiago; y para moverme con libertad por el valle, hice la reserva de un auto por internet.Cuando llegué al terminal de la Serena el día acordado, no había nadie en la caseta del terminal y cuando llamé me dijeron que la reserva no se había hecho. La única solución que me dieron fue ofrecerme otro auto, que era más caro y que por supuesto no acepté.Me parece una falta de respeto, porque había planificado mi estadía moviendome en auto, ya que en el valle el trasporte es limitado (no se pueden visitar todos los lugares) y todos los demás rent a car estaban cerrados el día sábado a las 2 PM.

Rápido, amable, eficiente. Nos encantó.
