Rent a Car - MITTA

Pésima atención del personal, definitivamente no recomiendo esta empresa, no tiene un criterio estándar de cómo revisar los automóviles, trabajan de manera muy desordenada, pésima empresa

Seems like the never open on time and the phones on the doors do not work. In the morning it's full of people who rent in Punta Arenas, Hertz does not get the Argentinian insurance done on time and people pick it up here

We arrived by bus from El Calafate and the location was closed from 12-3pm. Our reservation was @ 12pm. We arrived @ 2pm. Luckily some one was there to answer the door. We were told that the reservation we made online was cancelled due to not showing up within 2 hrs window (which we arrived exactly within 2 he window) Also, how would they rented out our car which we made the reservation when they are closed after 12pm?? They guy was relatively friendly but and we ended up renting from another company in PN who were super kind and professional and gave us the same rate as hertz and we even got an upgrade in car. We recommend RECASUR RENT A CAR. The staff was super friendly, professional and a est company.
