Sixt rent a car Puerto Montt Airport

Muy fácil su llegada a la oficina de sixt, esta a la salida del embarque y rápida su atención.

I had the best rental car experience ever working with Sixt in Puerto Montt. I easily picked up my car at the airport and was on my way. I was also pleasantly surprised to see I was given a bran-new SUV with all the bells and whistles including a full sun roof and amazing other features. I highly recommend Sixt when renting a car in Puerto Mont. Thank you!

Experiência muito boa, retirada e devolução do carro muito ágil. Carro em ótimas condições. Recomendo!

En primer lugar la empresa ya no cuenta con un espacio físico dentro del aeropuerto, tuvimos que llamar a servicio al cliente y enviaron a una persona a recogernos para luego llevarnos a un estacionamiento externo al aeropuerto de Santiago. Una vez ahí, fuimos testigos de lo ineficientes que son en su atención. En entregar 3 vehículos antes de mi atención demoraron más de 1 hora, en un lugar que no está habilitado para largas esperas (a pleno sol). Lo peor fue que arrendé un vehículo con silla para bebes ya que viajé con mi hijo de 3 meses para llevarlo a control medico, y al momento de atenderme me indican que solo tienen 1 silla de bebe en mal estado. La atención de los trabajadores fue indignante, sobre todo de la persona que recibió el vehículo al regreso quien tenía una actitud de matón. Sugiero eliminar a SIXT dentro de sus opciones de arriendo de vehículos si no quieren pasar muchos malos ratos.

This company is not designed to operate for their customers. It doesn’t have reachable people during normal business hours, let alone on location. You might believe that there price is a deal for renting a car. But it is not you will be required to spend much more in time because of their unreliability. Don’t jeopardize your vacation, event, or once in a lifetime experience because they were not on location for you to receive your rental car.I am giving 2 stars because there was a nice empty desk.

Absolutely unprofessional. There was no one at the airport for over 30 minutes and there were a number of people waiting. There was no way to contact the people at Sixtrent a car. I definitely don’t recommend it at all.
