Property maintenance

I contacted someone by the name of Brian a week ago and he confirmed he can attend to the issue I had. I was asked to send through the details which I did the same day and received no response. I sent a follow up to confirm when he can come out and still had no response a week later. Poor customer service.

I've used Brian and his team for every renovation project, as well as my own private house, since I met him 3 years ago. He is a true gentleman with impeccable manners, and delivers a perfectly executed job every time. He goes out of his way to resolve things if necessary, even months after the job was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian for all electrical work. I hope to continue making use of his services for many years still, and wish him every success.

Brian is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable. I'm always impressed with the way he's always able manage expectations in complicated projects. One of the many things you walk away with after they've completed the project is an impressive amount of value for money.

No need to waste your time with this guy. 2 appointments with time confirmed missed. With last one he does not answer. If you risk your money or deposit on this guy, it's on you! If you cannot respect an appointment which is the most basic thing, how will you trust anything. I cancelled before he came for the quote... Cheers Dude

Edit: Brian has actually made contact with another party relating to the same job. I am editing this review because one has to understand a sole entrepreneur is on the road and cannot attend to whatsapp messages immediately. Still, I think he needs t make a slightly better effort to be more responsive for urgent jobs.____An extremely unprofessional individual named Brian could not even bother to respond to multiple whatsapp messages. I offered the opportunity for a fairly large job and he didn't bother doing anything.If this is how he handles customer leads handed to him, I don't even want to imagine his quality of work!
