Tome 3 tours con TEMBETA, al valle del Elqui, a las islas choro y damas y el tour astronómico. Todos increíbles, el guía Cristóbal muy preocupado de transmitir todo la experiencia a través de sus historias y la comida, que fue esquisita. Fueron viajes muy completos y lo mejor es que te van a buscar y a dejar a casa. TEMBETA 100% recomendable fui con mi madre e hija y lo disfrutaron tanto como yo. Un 7 la agencia!!!

If you want excellent service and a good tour around la Serena, save yourself the time of shopping around. I have already done it. I sent 7 emails (in English) and got only 2 responses, one of which was from Tembeta. The response time was quick and friendly and so I decided to book with them. Because of my preference for English, they booked a bilingual tour guide to run the tour on the day. They constantly kept me updated on what would happen and also contacted me on my phone the night before. The tour itself was very well done. My pickup time was 820am and the tour guide, Marcelo, arrived with the van at 820am. I did the Ilque valley tour and I am really glad I went. Marcelo grew up in this area and knows the area like the palm of his hand. He has however worked all over the world and speaks excellent English. After previous experiences around Chile which were far less than satisfactory, I cannot recommend you using this company and tour guide enough.
