Entré en la locura de comprarme una cuatrimoto para ir a la montaña y llegue acá donde ivan y su gente me atendieron fenomenal me explicaron super bien sobre que motos me sirven o no.Gracias por su tiempo ,muy amables !!

Outstanding!! From sales, after sales right through to service. The entire team at family boats are the best in the business!!

Terrible customer service. Here is why:Was on the market for a new outboard. Walked into the showroom - 3 staff present, one in an office, one at a desk in the showroom - and one walking past. No other customers present. Walk past some of these staff and was not acknowledge or greeted by any of them.Start looking at the outboard I am interested in, and get the the point where I want to talk to someone - I have now been in the shop for quite a few minutes. The guy whose desk is about 3 meters away from me never once looked in my direction (he was looking at his computer) and eventually after waiting a while I had to asked him for some help - he had to have seen me enter I walked right past him.He was knowledgeable enough but didn't seem overly helpful and left me with the impression I was asking stupid questions and wasting his time.Unlikely to be buying anything here if this is what the service is like.
