I don't usually remember to take the time to review businesses but Alex did such an excellent job and is a pure gentleman that I couldn't forget this time. Top quality work, great comms, clear on costs throughout and completed a couple of tweaks that show great attention to detail and really going above and beyond. Thanks Alex, love your work!

Terrible customer service. Here is why:Was on the market for a new outboard. Walked into the showroom - 3 staff present, one in an office, one at a desk in the showroom - and one walking past. No other customers present. Walk past some of these staff and was not acknowledge or greeted by any of them.Start looking at the outboard I am interested in, and get the the point where I want to talk to someone - I have now been in the shop for quite a few minutes. The guy whose desk is about 3 meters away from me never once looked in my direction (he was looking at his computer) and eventually after waiting a while I had to asked him for some help - he had to have seen me enter I walked right past him.He was knowledgeable enough but didn't seem overly helpful and left me with the impression I was asking stupid questions and wasting his time.Unlikely to be buying anything here if this is what the service is like.
